easy access friendly staff luggage storage
The location offered easy access to major tourist attractions. The staff at the reception were friendly. They helped me store luggage before check-in. I appreciated that they didn't ask for a deposit, unlike what other guests mentioned.
The room was quite small. The bathroom was also tiny. It made things a bit tight, especially when trying to dry off after a shower.

The hotel provided Costa paper cups when I asked for mugs. I used them to enjoy a takeaway coffee from a nearby cafe. I didn't find a kettle in the room though staff quickly provided one.

good size tv door system secure feeling
this hotel provided a comfortable stay near victoria station. the room featured a good size tv that added to my relaxation. i felt secure with the key system used for the doors, which gave a sense of safety.
the room could use some repairs, specially to plaster and paint. small tlc would lift my experience.

the lift was very helpful for accessing different floors. there was someone always available at the door. this arrangement gave a feeling of security throughout my stay, which i appreciated.

the room was clean the beds were comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful i found their assistance to be quite beneficial.
the size of the room was not ideal. the rooms were very small , made staying for more than one night difficult tv did not work and the bathroom was tiny

The hotel provided a safe neighborhood. I had a great location near Victoria. The room was clean, a plus. The ensuite had plenty of hot water for showering.
The door handle was tricky. It was difficult to enter the room.
